- E. Ruth Larson Added 2017-10-14★ ★ ★ ★ ★Our van broke down at Pink Mountain BC. We had it towed to Dale's Automotive after receiving a recommendation from a local there.
We had a number of items in our van that could not freeze, so we called Dale's and asked if we could unload those items and store them there.
John said that he would wait until we arrived (after hours) so that we could put our van in the heated garage. We were greatly appreciative.
The mechanic took a look at our van the next morning and said that a part needed to be ordered. When it came in the next morning he called and said that it would take 4.5 hours to repair. He knew that we needed to get on the road, so he ended up working through lunch and got the repairs done 2 hours before schedule!
The cost for the work came in very close to the estimate, and we were charged a very reasonable rate.
We were impressed with their professionalism and skill, and their willingness to go out of their way to get us back on the road as quickly as possible.
We wholeheartedly recommend Dale's Automotive!
